Induction (AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform driving transformation of healthcare systems worldwide, announces that following a competitive and comprehensive tender process, Crowe U.K. LLP will be appointed as the Company’s auditor for the year ending 31 March 2023. The Company intends to put the appointment of Crowe U.K. LLP as auditor to a vote of shareholders at the Company's next Annual General Meeting.KPMG LLP, the Company's current auditor, will cease to hold office as the Group’s auditor when the present term of office expires at the conclusion of the Company’s 2023 AGM.
