Block Listing Six Monthly Return

Induction Healthcare (AIM: INHC), a leading digital health platform driving transformation of healthcare systems, makes the six monthly update on its block listing pursuant to AIM Rule 29 and Schedule 6 of the AIM Rules for Companies below. The Company has identified an error in the six monthly update to 26 July 2022, announced on 27 July 2022, which incorrectly detailed 396,567 ordinary shares as having been issued and allotted when it should have been 329,573 ordinary shares.  As such, the number of ordinary shares still to be issued and allotted is 3,170,427 and not 3,103,433 as previously incorrectly disclosed.
